Hello! I am so glad you've decided to check out Happy Happenings. My name is Bailey and I'd love to be a part of your next event in life, big or small.
Though I graduated with a degree in psychology, my love for event planning started in college beyond my major. I utilized this time in my life to join multiple, professional organizations where I began planning philanthropic events to raise money for tremendous causes, such as The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders, Educational Foundation, and more. During this time my love for planning events continued to grow and I kept thinking; "How can we make this fun? How can we do something new?"
After college, I got to continue my love for event planning through planning my wedding. From color scheme, to vendors, seating charts, and more - I loved piecing together every meticulous piece to create the perfect event. However, the day came around and it was more stressful than it needed to be. As the planner to my own event, I was the one setting up and answering guest questions, while also getting ready for the biggest day of my life! Getting a planner or a day-of-coordinator can be expensive, so it makes sense not to get one when you're on a budget, but it comes with a lot of responsibility for your own event.
